Terms of use

By creating an account on Open TCG, you accept these terms.

The game

Open TCG lets players create card sets, open boosters, collect, trade and sell cards. The service is free and provided as is: it can change, be interrupted or stop.

Your account

• One account per person. Running several accounts, bots or scripts to get coins or cards is forbidden.
• You must be at least 15 years old, or have the consent of a parent.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account: keep your password to yourself.

Coins and cards

Coins, boosters and cards are game items. They have no monetary value, can’t be bought, and can’t be exchanged for money or anything outside the game. Selling or buying them for real money, on or off the site, is forbidden.

What you publish

• You keep the rights to the sets, artwork and texts you create. You must own them or have the right to publish them: no content copied from others without permission.
• You allow Open TCG to host, show and distribute them on the site, for as long as they are available on it. Cards that players collected stay in their collections, even if you delete the set’s content later or your account.
• Forbidden: illegal, hateful, violent, sexual or shocking content, harassment, spam, impersonation.

Moderation

Administrators can remove content, unpublish sets, remove market offers, and suspend accounts that break these terms, without notice. Anyone can report content with the “Report” links.

Changes and law

These terms can change; the version on this page applies. French law applies. Contact: contact@otcg.org.
